'I came to see Humera a couple of weeks ago as I've been losing chunks and chunks of hair for many years and despite using good quality products, I hadn't managed to stop the hair loss and dryness of my hair so I wanted to try RTT. Humera was great from the beginning, very warm and friendly and she put me completely at ease. We established in hypnosis that I had high anxiety and stress affecting my daily life and creating the hair loss at the same time. Humera dug deep into my feelings and scenes that came up for me during the session and reframed them. I have to say I absolutely love the mind rewiring recording that she gave me, I've been listening to it for 2 weeks now and it makes me feel great every time and I'm losing so much less hair than before!! It feels so good to wash my hair and not have fistfuls of hair in my hands - that's been a game changer and I can't wait to see how much more it'll improve over time!
