Yes, RTT is a hybrid combination of many well-established approaches. It has achieved unparallel outcomes for thousands of people across the world. In a short span of a few years it has won multiple international awards. There are a multitude of testimonials on YouTube and other social media, put up by people who have experienced the extraordinary benefits of RTT.

The therapy’s only focus is to work with and on the subconscious beliefs, emotions and feelings that are imprinted on the mind in most cases early childhood years. So unlike other modalities, in RTT we don’t guess, theorize, surmise or estimate what these maybe for each person. So, it is only through hypnosis that a person can have conscious awareness of the exact root-causes of their issues. The subconscious mind is the powerhouse within, that holds the program that creates, manifests everything that we perceive and experience in our lives and in our bodies.

It feels just like when you wake up on a Sunday morning, without an alarm, when you have nowhere to go and nothing to do. The sense of calm and peace which is so enjoyable and comforting, where you even day dream until someone or something makes you get out of bed. That is an alpha-theta brainwave state. You get the same feeling when you are hypnotized.

You have full control and awareness of yourself. In fact, you are hypnotized only because you agree and wish to do so. You are just in a very peaceful and calm state with an inward focus. You are in conversation with me as your therapist throughout the session. You will remain in hypnosis voluntarily and willingly throughout the session and can at any stage come out of the state of mind if you felt uncomfortable or unsafe.

No. You are in charge and as you will choose to be in therapy, you will choose to follow my guidance or instructions, only if you find them agreeable. In fact, words or suggestions made by me are always subject to ‘do you agree’ or ‘do you disagree’.

You can, so long as you voluntarily agree and accept being hypnotised. In doing so, your mind will accept and allow hypnosis to occur. So, if you choose the therapy under duress or demands of another person, then the voluntary consent of your mind may not be there and you may resist going into hypnosis.

During the session you will feel very relaxed and comfortable. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. It won’t feel unfamiliar.

After the session most people feel lighter and brighter and there is a noticeable glow on their face. A person feels as you would after a good afternoon nap. All the same, a person may find themselves needing to go for a walk or be with themselves rather than go back into the thick of their day to day life. The process of inner discovery and reflection may continue for a person. Sometimes people have physical symptoms of release for example, needing to go to the toilet more often or a headache or a desire to just sleep or eat. All the same, a sense of understanding, change and empowerment is common to all people.

Any person of any age or stage of life is an ideal candidate. Any person who wishes to explore their mind-body connection underlying any issues they’re facing, can confidently choose to undertake the therapy.

One session is obviously key to initiate positive, lasting changes in any issue. Depending on each individual’s actual discovery and understanding of the root cause(s) the true complexity or range of therapy required is understood. There are people who are able to overcome or perse. ‘Break the back of the camel’ in one session only. But long-term issues require multiple sessions. In any case RTT is applied mostly two to three times for a single area of concern, sometimes people choose to continue the process of transformation by continuing the therapy in related or other areas of concern. For example, a person having gained freedom from depression and anxiety may wish to work on work/career issues as that area of their life may have suffered due to the depression and anxiety.
In any circumstance RTT is not an ongoing form of therapy that continues for months and years.

You’re in complete control of what you say or don’t say while in hypnosis. It is perfectly acceptable to keep details to yourself. I can still help you as long as you share your feelings and emotions related to the memory.

Absolutely, in accordance with the professional code of ethics, all clients are assured that anything and everything that they share with me remains private and confidential and only for the therapy. Therapy sessions are not recorded or written down in any legible format. There is no occasion when I would communicate with your doctor or any other practitioner that you might be under the care of.

RTT therapists do not make any diagnosis of any physical condition or state a prognosis of recovery. The very foundation of the therapy relies on the correlation between the mind and the body. So, in transforming the belief system and the emotional feeling state of the person the ability of the body to heal itself may become noticeable. RTT does use tools to encourage the power of self-healing process. Remarkable recoveries have been made by people where physical ailments have healed after a person has empowered their mind’s ability to transform through RTT. At all times, all outcomes achieved by a person after RTT are due to the power of their own mind.

Yes, RTT is remarkably transformative and empowering for children. Although the methodology and choice of tools are considered on a case by case basis. Some tools may not be used at all for children as their minds are in very responsive states and the ability to change is much more easily available to children.
