What is RTT

Rapid Transformational Therapy:

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid therapy, that offers unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Unlike talk therapy, that can often take many years, RTT is a rapid and dynamic therapy that can deliver results in a single session.
RTT elevates your subconscious mind using deepening techniques, allowing your mind to unveil the exact cause of any issue, to free and release you from old negative beliefs. By recognizing these limiting beliefs, you can transform them and develop new positive feelings and beliefs into your subconscious to produce a powerful and confident you.

Results overview

Although there is no measure for confidence, happiness etc I used a scale of 1 – 10. 1 = Not Affecting me, 10 Highly effecting me.

The most common presenting issues throughout the two years were anxiety, low confidence, low self-esteem, fear of failure, not feeling good enough, fear of judgement.

On average students that came to see me were at high level towards their issue around 8-9, after they finished the session they immediately felt a 1 – 2 and after 21 days on average remained below 4. In the cases that were below a 4 I encouraged them to continue to listen to their recordings and especially during times of challenge to continue to reinforce their new belief and behaviour but it also allows them to find some time to relax.

For those that were on the higher scale after 21 days a further session was required as new issue was unlayered. Overall a maximum of 3 sessions was required for a single issue and more often a single session was delivered to uncover the root cause and understanding for the students negative feelings, habits or behaviours.

During every session there was a clear understanding of the root causes of the issues for student to identify and recognise how they can create the change within themselves. The overall success of the outcome for young people depends on the environment and support the young person gets to support them through the process. When working with adults the process is easier as an adult has more choice to decide what environments they choose to accept or let in.

The summary of the session will give a clear understanding of the students core belief about themselves and their behaviour and with this information from just one single session it enables teachers, parents, coaches to identify the appropriate action that needs to take place and the student becomes empowered as they recognise their own value and importance.
